Labioplasty

Labioplasty !

Labioplasty alters the shape of the small lips on the outside of the vagina (labia minora). It is a basic procedure designed to feel women more confident about the way they look. Ideal candidates.

Frequent symptoms of irritation and inflammation near genitalia associated with tight fitting clothing. Upset about the appearance of prominent labia minora. Excessive hooding of the clitoris may reduce stimulation.

Procedure :

Labioplasty is usually performed under a light general anaesthetic, so patients feel no pain during the procedure. Small incisions are made to remove excess tissue and reduce or reshape the labia minora, so that they no longer protrude beyond the margin of the labia majora. All stitches are dissolvable and dressings are not normally needed. Absorbable sutures are used to repair the wound.

The clitoris is not affected by labioplasty procedure
